Organizer (Intensive): Responsible for all aspects of BPFF. Willing to attend weekly or biweekly meetings. From June through October, willing to take on intensive involvement entailing nearly daily effort of one level or another.
Area Lead (moderate): Responsible for one area of BPFF’s work that may span the entire year or be limited to a specific time frame (eg, marketing, PR, donor relations, or planning one event)
Consultant (minimal): Offers expertise here and there as needed to Area Lead and Organizers.
Volunteer (intensive, but only during the festival itself): Provides “boots on the ground” and “many hands” in the lead-up to the fest and throughout it (about 1 month)
